Danny Wiley, SRA
VP, Chief Appraiser
Danny Wiley is Chief Appraiser for ServiceLink Valuations, where he is responsible for developing and maintaining consistent valuation policies and helping clients solve valuation problems while simultaneously meeting compliance requirements.
Previously, Danny worked as a staff appraiser manager for the LSI division of Lender Processing Services (LPS). Before joining LPS, Danny was the owner and chief appraiser at the Wiley Group, where he provided appraisals and appraisal-related services to a wide variety of clients. He also has been a contract reviewer for the Tennessee Real Estate Appraiser Commission. In this capacity, he testified at many formal hearings related to potential appraiser disciplinary actions.
Danny has extensive experience in general litigation and has served as an expert in appraisal practice and appraisal standards for both state and federal cases throughout the United States.
From 2001 through 2006, Danny served on the Appraisal Standards Board of The Appraisal Foundation, and was chairman in 2002, 2003 and 2004. He also served for six years on the Standards Board of the International Valuation Standards Committee. In 2003, Danny was awarded the Appraisal Institute’s President’s Award and in 2006 he received the Appraisal Institute’s Y.T. and Louise Lee Lum Award.
Danny is a recognized author and contributor to numerous articles, journals and books, including “The Appraisal of Real Estate” (13th Edition). He has also been a speaker at conferences and educational offerings throughout the world. Danny holds an SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute and is an AQB certified USPAP instructor and a Bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University.

R. Alan Pair, SRA
VP, Assistant Chief Appraiser
R. Alan Pair, SRA, is Assistant Chief Appraiser for ServiceLink. In his current role, Alan is responsible for managing the Risk Assessment and Standards Department and the Staff Appraiser Audit Team, as well as, working closely with the ServiceLink Chief Appraiser and upper management in the development of quality and performance initiatives.
Alan has been a Certified Residential Appraiser and FHA Roster Appraiser in the state of Georgia for 25 years, is an SRA member of the Appraisal Institute, and previously served as the Chair of Public Relations and alternate Regional Representative for the Atlanta Chapter. In addition, Alan successfully completed and passed the Litigation and Professional Development program through the Appraisal Institute and is on the Litigation Registry.
Alan is a second generation appraiser and holds a BBA in Real Estate from the University of Georgia. He was a residential field appraiser for more than 25 years and has an extensive background in FNMA/FHLMC repurchase and rebuttal letter writing.
